In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

4.1 Registration Information. Where multiple accounts are detected, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
4.3 KYC Documents. Prior to processing the first withdrawal request — and at any time upon the Operator's request — you must submit valid documentary proof of identity and age. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority-issued National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter's ID. The Operator may request additional documents for enhanced due diligence.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-connected accounts. All payment methods must be registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). The Operator reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits in accordance with PAGCOR requirements or risk management protocols.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the p8888 Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The Operator does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.
5.5 Transaction Fees. p8888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees, for which the Operator accepts no liability.
5.6 Failed Transactions. Where a deposit fails to credit to your Wallet within thirty (30) minutes, you must contact p8888 support with the relevant transaction reference number. The Operator will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed as received, credit the Wallet within one (1) business day.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spin equivalents, and other incentive-based offers provided by p8888 are subject to these general terms and to any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus credit date, after which unconverted Bonus Funds expire and are removed from the Wallet.
6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Live table game wagers, including baccarat banker bets, may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all, as specified per promotion.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited, with only Real Money Funds being released.
7.1 Certified Game Integrity. 7.3 Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the p8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the p8888 Platform, including but not limited to the p8888 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other content or features, is the proprietary property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Limited Licence. The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 User-Generated Content. Where you submit any content to the Platform, including chat messages, feedback, or reviews, you grant the Operator a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform's operations.

11.1 No Warranty. The p8888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruption.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Maximum Liability. In all circumstances, the Operator's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to the User's Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications network failures, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
12.1 Operator-Initiated Suspension. The Operator may suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) continued Account operation poses a risk to the Platform's integrity, other users, or compliance obligations; or (c) the User's conduct falls within any category of prohibited conduct outlined in Section 8.
12.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the Wallet will be retained until the investigation is complete. Following a substantiated breach, the Operator may forfeit the balance in accordance with the applicable provisions. Where no breach is established, the balance will be released in full.
12.3 User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting p8888 support. Any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, provided all wagering conditions have been met and no AML review is pending.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100, which will be deducted from the Wallet balance where applicable. The Operator will attempt to notify the User by email prior to implementing dormancy fees.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where an amendment is material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment's effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account in accordance with Section 12.3.
The Operator is not obligated to maintain historical versions of these Terms, but the effective date and last revision date are published at the top of this document for reference.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the p8888 Platform, without prejudice to the right of either party to seek interim or injunctive relief before any court of competent jurisdiction.
Where a dispute relates to the conduct or fairness of gaming operations, either party may additionally refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the applicable regulatory procedures.
